Tithe

This is one that Lance wanted me to post that took place a couple of weeks ago. I love O’s understanding of tithing, if only we adults could get it so clearly!

Lance and the boys went by the bank to cash a check. The boys asked Lance how much money it was (they are always so impressed with anything over $100) and he told them and then explained that he only kept this much and he had to give 10% back to the Lord and went on to explain to them about tithing and Owen said, “Yeah, cause sometimes he (God) lets you get too much and you have to give it back to him, right?”
